Senior HR Manager / People Care & Talent Acquisition
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, people-oriented, and proactive Senior HR Manager to support the employee lifecycle while partnering closely with business leaders to foster a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive work environment.
This role serves as the primary HR partner for assigned business units across Latin America, balancing strategic People Care responsibilities with full-cycle recruitment activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about employee experience, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and building strong relationships with leaders while also leading end-to-end hiring processes for technical and business roles when required.
Advanced or Native-level English proficiency is essential, as this position partners daily with U.S.-based leaders, employees, candidates, and cross-functional teams in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
People Care & HR Business Partnership (Primary Focus)
- Serve as the primary HR partner for employees, managers, Directors, and business leaders across assigned practices.
- Build trusted relationships with leadership to support business objectives, workforce planning, and people strategies.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, career development, internal mobility, and offboarding.
- Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with employees to promote engagement, identify concerns, and improve retention.
- Advise managers on employee relations, coaching, performance management, conflict resolution, and best HR practices.
- Support organizational changes, promotions, compensation adjustments, internal transfers, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate performance review cycles and development planning.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, collaboration, recognition, and retention.
- Monitor HR metrics, including turnover, retention, engagement, and organizational trends, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes across Latin America.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Payroll, and leadership teams to support people operations and continuous process improvements.
Talent Acquisition (Secondary Focus)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and corporate positions across Latin America.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Conduct HR and behavioral interviews in English.
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and technical interviewers.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage offer negotiations, hiring documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruiting pipelines, ATS records, and recruitment metrics.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced or Native-level English proficiency (C1/C2) is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as this role interacts daily with U.S.-based leaders, employees, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partner, People Operations, or People Care roles.
- 3+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably for IT or technology positions.
- Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and managers in multinational organizations.
- Experience supporting remote and distributed teams across Latin America.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Experience using ATS platforms, HRIS systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong analytical, organizational, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing strategic initiatives with operational execution.
- Highly organized, proactive, empathetic, and results-oriented.

Work Schedule
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mexico) / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Uruguay)
Work Location: 100% Remote
