Pump Dynamics is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead people strategy across LATAM, partnering directly with senior leaders to drive talent strategy, org design and employee experience in multiple markets.

The role requires 7+ years in HR with LATAM exposure, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong change-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused organization.

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in an HRBP or HR generalist role supporting multiple LATAM countries.
• Strong working knowledge of labor law across LATAM markets (at least two major economies).
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience partnering with senior/executive stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as strategic HR partner to senior leaders across LATAM, advising on org design, workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Lead full-cycle HR support for a multi-country client group, including performance management, compensation planning, and employee relations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support regional hiring plans and leadership pipeline development.
• Guide managers through organizational change, restructuring and change management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor law and employment regulations across LATAM jurisdictions (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile).
• Analyze people data and metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive interventions.
• Champion culture and employee engagement initiatives at a regional scale.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to people leaders, building manager capability.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience partnering with senior/executive stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed organizations
• Comfort with ambiguity and building process where none previously existed
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
