RELX is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to serve as a trusted advisor across Latin America, the US & Canada, supporting managers, HRBPs, and leaders on a broad range of employee relations matters. You will conduct workplace investigations, guide on concerns and disciplinary actions, and help ensure legal compliance with company policies.

Formación

• Experience in Employee Relations, HR, Labor Relations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Latin American employment law and ER practices, especially Mexico.
• Experience managing investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance cases.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
• Willing to commute to Reforma office for a hybrid schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct workplace investigations into discrimination, harassment, hostile environments and other complaints.
• Gather and analyze information from employees, managers, witnesses, and stakeholders to determine findings.
• Advise managers on performance concerns, PIP, corrective actions, and disciplinary processes.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to determine appropriate responses based on policy and risk.
• Support involuntary terminations, reductions in force, and sensitive employee matters in Mexico.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide guidance on ER best practices.
• Prepare investigation reports, case summaries and documentation for multiple concurrent cases.
• Collaborate with the global ER team to share knowledge and ensure consistency.
