Oxford International Digital Institute (OIDI) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in Mexico and Colombia, building partnerships with education agents, schools, and B2B partners for our product suite. You will manage and expand the agent network and promote OIDI offerings across Latin America.

This role is remote for candidates based in Mexico or Colombia, requiring a strong network in international student recruitment and the ability to travel within the region as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Significant experience in sales, preferably within the education sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network of educational agents within Latin America.

Responsabilidades

• Develop regional strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the agent network in Latin America.
• Manage relationships with existing agents and onboard new agency partners.
• Drive sales through educational agent channels and identify other opportunities with schools and universities.
• Represent OIDI at industry events and tailor marketing materials for the Latin American market.
• Monitor market trends and report KPIs and pipeline forecasts to leadership.
