Retail Human Resources plc is seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to expand its footprint across Mexico and the LATAM region, coordinating with sales, marketing, and client relations teams to grow its partner and client network.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships with IBs and affiliates, and convert leads into active trading clients while representing the company at industry events and driving growth in a fast-paced market.

Formación

• Experience in forex/CFD industry preferred.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in LATAM markets is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Mexico and LATAM.
• Build and manage relationships with introducing brokers, affiliates, and potential partners.
• Convert leads into active trading clients and manage the partner network.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Conduct market research to spot opportunities and support growth strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client relations teams to meet targets.
