Novakid School in Mexico is seeking a results-driven B2C Sales Team Lead to build, mentor, and guide our remote sales force; you will own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2C sales leadership in remote distributed teams (online sales preferred).
• Hands-on B2C sales experience.
• Strong understanding of online sales channels and digital marketing in the region.
• Analytical mindset for data-based decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and passion for using AI tools.
• English and Spanish at least C1 in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Sales Leadership for the Mexico region.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
• Identify automation opportunities to scale growth and efficiency.
