You will own the outbound pipeline, engage senior decision-makers, and drive subscription sales, while leadership handles demos, quoting, and onboarding. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in B2B outbound sales, strong CRM and outreach tooling experience, and impeccable English communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outbound sales experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record in cold prospecting and closing subscription or service deals.
• Confident in engaging VPs, BDDs, C‑level executives, and business owners.
• Hands-on CRM experience with Pipedrive or similar platforms and outreach tools.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting: cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to senior decision-makers across industrial sectors.
• Build and manage pipeline: track activity in CRM, manage deal stages, log interactions, and follow-up sequences.
• Sell and close: identify needs, communicate value of market intelligence, handle objections, close monthly/annual subscriptions.
• Optimize the process: collaborate with leadership to improve CRM sequences and templates.
