Bluelight LLC is a growing software consultancy seeking a focused SDR/BDR to execute outbound prospecting and build a robust sales pipeline. You will use modern tools to identify decision-makers and communicate Bluelight's value in the initial conversations.

Ideal candidates bring proven B2B sales experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales within tech/ software.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English.
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80–150+ activities/day) via calls, email, LinkedIn, and SMS.
• Manage outreach using HubSpot, cadences, and follow-ups.
• Build targeted prospect lists and run multi-touch sequences to drive responses.
• Qualify prospects and book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Log activities and update pipeline in HubSpot, improve messaging over time.
• Meet or exceed daily activity targets and pipeline contributions.
