Job summary

Langford Staffing is seeking Inside Sales Representatives for a client running high-volume consumer outreach campaigns. You will speak with company-provided consumer leads through an automatic dialer, aiming to secure live transfers rather than final sales.

Requirements include 3+ years in inside sales, dialer experience, strong objection handling, and fluency in English. This is a full-time remote role with U.S. Eastern Time hours and a target earnings range of CAD 40,000–CAD 50,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of inside sales, outbound sales, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, call-centre sales, or live transfers.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience working toward call, transfer, conversion, appointment, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Confidence speaking with consumers throughout the day.
• Ability to remain calm when consumers are impatient or upset.
• Strong listening skills and adaptability.
• Accurate CRM and call-disposition habits.
• Openness to coaching, call monitoring, and feedback.
• Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Deliver confident and professional introductions.
• Explain the purpose of the call clearly.
• Ask brief qualification questions.
• Handle objections from skeptical consumers.
• Build trust without making misleading claims.
• Create interest for qualified consumers to continue.
• Ask directly for the live transfer.
• Introduce the consumer to the receiving representative.
• Record accurate call notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow campaign qualification and opt-out requirements.
• Meet hourly and daily performance targets.
