Job summary

THE/STUDIO is hiring Inside Sales Representatives to own our inbound engine in a 100% remote role. You will manage a high-volume, high-velocity stream of inbound Creative Specialist opportunities, acting as a trusted advisor who closes initial deals and nurtures accounts for repeat business.

You’ll guide leads through the production journey, overcome objections, and collaborate with Lead Gen, Production, and Design teams to ensure smooth order tracking and post-sale follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in a high-velocity environment.
• Strong inbound sales experience with SMB, tech, or service sectors.
• Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills for video calls.
• Proficient CRM use and structured email sequencing (Pipedrive is a plus).
• Interest in apparel, custom products, or manufacturing helps.
• Reliable remote setup with stable internet and quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Consult & Close: own the full inbound sales cycle and guide leads through production.
• Nurture the Engine: build a book of repeat accounts and long-term partnerships.
• Pipeline Speed & Discipline: manage a high-volume pipeline with CRM hygiene.
• Cross-Functional Ownership: collaborate with Lead Gen, Production and Design teams.
• Industry Mastery: learn supply chain, manufacturing, design and product development.
