This role offers uncapped commission, a structured ramp-up with performance-based bonuses, and growth through an uncapped commission path. Prior experience with US homeowners is a plus, and HubSpot CRM proficiency helps you stay organized.

Qualifications

• Native-level English and strong communication skills.
• Experience closing deals from inbound leads over the phone.
• Ability to negotiate terms and handle objections professionally.
• Comfortable working remotely with US-based clients.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, and live pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Close deals from high-volume inbound leads via phone and email.
• Rigorously manage and log activities in HubSpot CRM.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
• Learn product details to answer technical questions confidently.
• Coordinate with PMs to hand off completed projects and deposits.
