THE/STUDIO is a fully remote company building the operating system for product creation, with a global client base and a fast-growing inbound engine. We seek a high-energy Senior Creative Specialist who owns the inbound sales cycle and nurtures repeat business.

You’ll guide leads through production journeys, overcome objections, and collaborate with Lead Gen, Production and Design teams, all while maintaining CRM hygiene in Pipedrive.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recent, quota‑carrying sales experience in a consultative role.
• High-velocity experience handling high-volume inbound leads in SMB/tech/service environments.
• Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills for video calls.

Responsibilities

• Own the full inbound sales cycle and guide leads through their production journey.
• Nurture a healthy book of repeat accounts and turn initial buyers into long-term partners.
• Maintain CRM hygiene with Pipedrive and manage quick, structured email sequences.
• Collaborate with Lead Gen, Production, and Design teams to ensure accurate execution and post-sale follow-ups.
• Learn the ins and outs of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Design, and Product Development to map high-value solutions.
