Job summary

MoveSmart Rentals is seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Consultant to convert warm inquiries into signed leases for rental properties. This full-time remote role operates on Eastern Time and focuses on video demonstrations, objections handling, and a smooth handoff to the Account Manager.

You will respond to inbound leads, qualify prospects, conduct platform demos, and close deals while maintaining accurate CRM notes.

Qualifications

• Three to five+ years of full-time inbound, consultative, or high-ticket sales experience.
• Proven ability to convert warm leads by phone and video.
• Experience qualifying prospects, conducting demonstrations, handling objections, and closing.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Excellent CRM, pipeline-management, documentation, and follow-up habits.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and inquiries.
• Learn about each prospect’s property, vacancy, timeline, challenges, and urgency.
• Explain MoveSmart’s services, platform, pricing, and next steps clearly.
• Schedule and confirm video demonstrations; lead on-camera platform demos.
• Follow up consistently with deciding prospects and guide new clients through signing.
