Magic is hiring an Inbound Account Executive to handle the full sales cycle with warm, inbound leads. This fully remote role offers uncapped commissions and competitive base pay, paid monthly in USD, with earnings potential from $1,500 to $4,500+ per month plus commissions.

The position is LatAm - Mexico, reporting to the Inbound Sales Manager, and requires strong English and CRM discipline. Expect 2-8 inbound discovery calls daily and a clear path to growth through performance-based earnings.

Formación

• Minimum inbound sales experience with quota attainment.
• Ability to work remotely with US business hours.
• Excellent English communication (C1/C2).
• Stable home internet and dedicated workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from inbound discovery call to close and onboarding handoff.
• Uncover pains and match Magic products to prospect needs.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline with discipline and CRM hygiene.
• Collaborate with Support and Ops to ensure customer success and renewal.
