As an Outbound BDR in Guadalajara, you will be the first voice prospects hear—calling U.S. property managers, qualifying leads, booking demos for our Account Executive team, and driving a strong, metrics-driven pipeline with

Formación

• 6+ months outbound B2B sales experience preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable working independently and hitting targets in a metrics-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound calls to U.S.-based property managers (cold and warm outreach).
• Qualify prospects, and book online demos for our Account Executive team.
• Manage all outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM.
• Hit weekly activity targets and monthly demo-booked quotas (shared at interview).
