Job summary

Caterpillar seeks a Digital HR Transformation Specialist to drive a remote-first HR technology modernization from anywhere in Mexico. You will redesign processes, implement HRIS/ATS/LMS, and foster a digital-first mindset to improve efficiency and employee experience.

You will lead initiatives, collaborate with IT, manage vendors, ensure data privacy, and track KPIs. Strong communication and change management experience are essential, along with 5+ years in HR and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with emphasis on HR technology and digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS, ATS, LMS, and related software.
• Proven project management experience delivering complex HR tech initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• Experience in remote or hybrid work environment.
• English proficiency.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current HR processes for digital enhancement and automation.
• Research, recommend, and implement HR technologies and platforms (e.g., HRIS, LMS, ATS, engagement tools).
• Develop and execute a roadmap for digital HR transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless integration of HR technologies.
• Design and deliver training programs to upskill employees and HR staff on new digital tools and processes.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the success of digital transformation efforts.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and digital adoption across the organization.
• Manage vendor relationships for HR technology solutions.
• Ensure data privacy and security in all digital HR initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging trends in HR technology and digital transformation.
