Rh Finder is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for clients in a fully remote, Mexico-wide setting. You will plan, execute, and close complex IT projects, coordinating distributed teams and stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.

The role emphasizes remote-first communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive projects from initiation to delivery using modern collaboration tools. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on digital transformation or IT projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects remotely and leading virtual teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools (Asana, Trello, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills tailored for remote work.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of digital technologies and trends (cloud, automation, data analytics).
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital transformation projects from conception through completion.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
