RH Hunting is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager for a fully remote role within Mexico. You will identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth through innovative BD initiatives.

The role requires deep technology landscape knowledge, exceptional networking skills, and the ability to forge high-level relationships with clients and partners.

Formación

• 5–7 years in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales within tech/digital services.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through BD initiatives.
• Strong networking and relationship-building with executive-level stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive market penetration and revenue growth for digital transformation services.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnerships with technology providers and system integrators.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and untapped segments.
• Build and nurture high-level relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Lead negotiations and structure complex deals and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams for aligned go-to-market plans.
• Represent the company at industry events to generate leads and brand visibility.
• Develop compelling proposals to win new business and manage a robust pipeline.
