The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or IT and 1-3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include analyzing HR data, supporting process automation, and delivering training sessions. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in HR digitalization, HR systems, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with low-code development platforms and cloud-based HR solutions.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms (e.g., Mendix) and cloud HR solutions (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Experience in Robotics, Automation, or AI is advantageous.
• HR software testing and quality assurance processes.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting change management activities for HR technology implementations.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

In this role, you will help analyze, implement, and enhance HR digitalization initiatives. Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR digitalization, HR systems, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft VBA and experience with data analytics tools.
• Familiarity with low-code development platforms (e.g., Mendix) and cloud-based HR solutions (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
• Experience in Robotics, Automation, or AI is advantageous.
• Understanding of HR software testing and quality assurance processes.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
