You will implement innovative sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and contribute to employer branding while using ATS and Boolean search techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in talent acquisition, preferably high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to source and recruit across industries and levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation for a variety of roles.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize recruitment technologies and social media platforms to enhance outreach.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics.

Requirements
