CEMEX seeks an HR Evolution Analyst to coordinate the transition, stabilization, and evolution of HR processes and technology on a global scale. You will design, test, and improve HR digital solutions while developing AI-powered tools and dashboards for workforce insights.

In this role, you will collaborate with HR, IT, and external providers to drive automation, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful adoption across the organization. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to build reports.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate design, implementation, testing and improvement of HR digital solutions.
• Develop and govern AI-powered HR tools and virtual assistants.
• Manage UAT, stakeholder feedback and solution adoption.
• Identify automation opportunities and support HR system integrations.
• Analyze HR data to develop dashboards and KPIs.
