Job summary

FH Collective Academy seeks an experienced Sales Patient Coordinator to manage high-value dental cases and convert leads into bookings. The role handles long sales cycles, requires excellent objection handling, and focuses on building trust with international patients.

You will manage a 3,000–25,000+ USD ticket range, work remotely across LATAM/APAC/EU, and collaborate with team leaders to hit targets. Compensation includes a fixed monthly salary plus commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven experience closing high-value / $3,000+ deals.
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent follow-up and pipeline management discipline.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple communication channels.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured and consistent follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally.
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the entire sales funnel.
• Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.
• Contribute to sales targets, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
