Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking a Sales Patient Coordinator to join our Dental Team in a remote, high-ticket B2C role. You will convert inbound/outbound leads into bookings for high-value dental cases and manage long sales cycles with careful follow-ups.

This full-time contractor position offers USD 800–1,100 per month plus commissions and monthly bonuses, plus a mobile/internet allowance. You’ll engage international patients across LATAM, APAC and EU, maintain CRM records, and work with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proven track record closing high-value $3,000+ deals.
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent follow-up and pipeline management discipline.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured and consistent follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally.
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the entire sales funnel.
• Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.
• Contribute to sales targets, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
