Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking a Sales Patient Coordinator, remote, to manage high-value dental cases from $3,000 to $25,000+. The role focuses on building trust with patients, handling long sales cycles, overcoming price and travel objections, and converting qualified leads into bookings.

You will maintain CRM records, coordinate with Team Leaders, and contribute to meeting sales targets in a global, 100% remote setup. Weekend availability and flexible shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Experience closing high-value deals ($3,000+).
• Experience with long-cycle B2C sales.
• Excellent follow-up and pipeline discipline.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot).
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured and consistent follow-ups.
• Handle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibility.
• Present treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionally.
• Qualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timeline.
• Follow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared to travel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales funnel.
• Work with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.
