Job summary

THE/STUDIO is seeking a highly skilled Paid Acquisition Lead for a 100% remote, globally distributed team. You will own Google Ads and Meta campaigns, drive new-customer revenue, and manage CAC within the business targets.

You will leverage AI workflows to automate and accelerate testing, creative ideation, and optimization. You will work directly with leadership, influence product and strategy, and scale campaigns across markets with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions, revenue growth,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid acquisition experience.
• You have personally managed $50k+ a month on Google Ads with automated bidding.
• English level at C1/C2 is expected.
• Experience building and scaling campaigns across Google Ads and Meta is required.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads strategy, structure, and CAC-aligned budgeting.
• Build and scale Meta campaigns from the ground up with testing framework.
• Mine audiences from first-party data and optimize for new-customer revenue.
• Analyze reviews, transcripts, and ads data to derive profitable insights.
• Produce creative concepts and guide AI-assisted production.
• Track and report on CAC, ROAS, and revenue by channel.
