Job summary

Pavago is hiring a Marketing Account Manager to oversee client relationships and coordinate marketing execution across multiple accounts. You’ll drive email marketing, website updates, SEO support, analytics, and campaign coordination with a fully remote team.

The ideal candidate has agency or client-facing marketing experience, is highly organized, communicates confidently, and can keep several campaigns moving with stakeholders across time zones during U.S. business hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing account management, agency, or client-facing marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp.
• Experience managing or updating WordPress websites.
• Familiarity with Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong organization, project management, and follow-through.
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage communication across channels.
• Lead client meetings, updates, and strategy check-ins; build relationships with executives.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo as needed.
• Oversee website updates and SEO-related content using WordPress and SEO tools.
• Track performance with GA4 and other analytics tools; prepare client-friendly reports.
• Coordinate priorities across clients, leadership, and marketing teams; maintain schedules.
