Jobgether SRL is seeking a Performance & Growth Marketer based in Mexico to own paid acquisition strategies and connect media performance with business outcomes. You will manage budgets across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, run structured testing, and collaborate with growth and creative teams to optimize the entire customer journey.

This fully remote role focuses on DTC/eCommerce brands, with exposure to forecasting, attribution, and profitability improvements.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on paid media experience with product-based DTC or ecommerce brands.
• Strong expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Experience managing and scaling large paid media budgets with clear commercial impact.
• In-house or brand-side DTC/ecommerce experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS and payback periods.
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategic recommendations for founders and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Availability for full-time, exclusive role.

Responsabilidades

• Own, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to drive profitable growth for DTC and eCommerce brands.
• Develop and execute structured testing strategies across advertising channels, creative assets, audience segments, offers, and conversion funnels.
• Manage substantial paid media budgets, making data-driven investment and allocation decisions aligned with commercial objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, diagnose inefficiencies, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to improve marketing effectiveness and profitability.
• Analyze key business metrics, including CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, contribution margin, and payback periods.
• Connect advertising performance to overall business results, including revenue growth, profitability, and P&L outcomes.
• Build performance forecasts, financial models, and budget recommendations to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
• Contribute to attribution, incrementality testing, measurement improvements, and reporting initiatives to strengthen performance insights.
• Collaborate with creative, CRO, and growth teams to improve the entire customer journey, from acquisition through conversion and retention.
• Translate performance data into clear, commercially relevant recommendations for founders, clients, and senior stakeholders.
• Participate in regular strategy sessions, apply structured growth frameworks, and continuously experiment to improve results.
• Take ownership of performance outcomes while contributing to team development, strategic initiatives, and the continuous improvement of growth processes.
