Pavago is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and scale the technology powering its marketing, lead generation, tracking, and revenue operations. This hands-on role spans frontend and backend across Next.js, React, and Python.

You’ll own internal tools, dashboards, and CRM integrations while delivering AI-powered workflows. Remote work with EST hours enables collaboration with leadership and media teams to improve campaign performance.

Formación

• 4–6+ years hands-on software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack development with React, Next.js, Python
• Proven production‑level apps or internal tools experience
• Active use of AI tools in daily development work

Responsabilidades

• Develop marketing dashboards and reporting systems
• Build internal operational tools for media buyers and teams
• Replace repetitive workflows with scalable software
• Develop backend services and integrations
• Take systems from concept to production deployment
• Improve tools based on user and campaign feedback
