CMF Global, Inc. is seeking an International Sales Support Specialist to provide administrative, technical, customer service, and business development support for global sales efforts.

You will coordinate international orders, quotations, and shipping logistics while collaborating with the VP of Sales & Marketing and distributors worldwide. • Requires knowledge of international sales support, quotations, project coordination, and customer service.
• Experience with quotations, project coordination, customer service, or sales support functions preferred.
• Understanding of international shipping, export documentation, and distributor support models is a plus.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support international distributors, contractors, consultants, and customers with sales-related activities and inquiries.
• Assist with preparation, coordination, and delivery of international quotations and project proposals.
• Coordinate with Quotes and Estimating Team to ensure quotations are accurate and timely.
• Track outstanding quotations, project opportunities, and lead follow-up and communication activities.
• Maintain accurate project, customer, and opportunity information in company systems.
• Assist in identifying and qualifying international sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and end users.
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments to ensure timely responses.
• Support product launch, promotional activities, and market feedback to management.
