You will manage orders from entry through shipment, with accurate and proactive communication to internal and external customers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide World-Class Customer Service.
• Takes personal responsibility for their customers by providing accurate and timely information regarding purchase orders.
• Manages the process of customer purchase orders from order entry through shipment via consistent communication with internal and external customers.
• Investigates customer issues and seeks underlying needs beyond initial requests.
• Communicates effectively to exceed customer expectations and ensure access to information and assistance in resolution of issues.
• Collaborates with plant teams and expands knowledge of MCC products and solutions.
