Ingredion Incorporated is seeking an International Customer Support Specialist to manage international orders, export documentation, and customer communications from a remote setup. You will coordinate with Logistics, Sales, and Order Coordination teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely shipments.

The role requires 2–4 years in customer support or logistics, familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and EDI, and strong organizational skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer support, logistics, or order management.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, EDI or similar systems.

Responsabilidades

• Process international customer orders accurately using SAP and Salesforce.
• Support customers with inquiries related to order status, shipment updates, delivery timing, and documentation.
• Prepare export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading instructions.
• Coordinate routine international shipments with freight forwarders, brokers, and logistics providers.
• Track shipments and escalate delays or documentation gaps as needed.
