Maxima Apparel is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to enable the sales team with admin, logistics, and communication support. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

You will assist in proposals, quotes, and contracts, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials for client engagements, while ensuring smooth collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and customer service. Fluency in English is valued for meeting participation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales support, commercial operations, or customer service.
• Solid command of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Excel with pivot tables.
• Strong organizational and multi-priority management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented.
• Intermediate to advanced English; able to participate in meetings.

• Ensure clear and timely communication across sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
• Support in resolving any issues or questions that may arise during the sales process.

Support digital transformation efforts, including automation, analytics-driven improvements, and technology-enabled process redesign.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
• 2 or 3 years of experience in sales support, commercial operations, or customer service.
• Solid command of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, data filters).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
• Proactive and customer-focused mindset with strong teamwork and interpersonal skill
• Intermediate to Advanced English level, able to participate in meetings and communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.
