Fusion Worldwide in Guadalajara is seeking a Sales Operations Support specialist to help manage administrative tasks for the sales team, input orders, update the CRM, and conduct market research. This role offers growth as part of a global electronics components distributor.

You will enter requirements and sales orders into the CRM, coordinate with sales reps, generate weekly metrics, and prepare materials for customer meetings, while supporting the sales team in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in a support role.
• Experience with Word, Excel (VLOOKUP and other formulas), and PowerPoint.
• HubSpot experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to our sales team.
• Enter requirements and sales orders into our CRM and communicate with sales reps.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
• Prepare materials for customer meetings/calls and update presentations as needed.
• Conduct lead generation, qualification, and market research as needed.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the office.
