Job summary

Jeeves is seeking an experienced contract recruiter to own full-cycle GTM hiring across multiple markets. This role is remote within Mexico, with an immediate start and 3–6 month contract duration, aligned with hiring volumes.

You will source proactively, partner with sales leadership on role calibration and compensation, and ensure clean, measurable pipeline data in Lever while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across GTM roles.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Based in Mexico.
• Sourcing using Boolean search and modern recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across go-to-market requisitions (SDR to Sales Manager, rev ops, partnerships).
• Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies targeting passive candidates.
• Partner with sales leadership on role calibration, compensation positioning, and timeline feasibility.
• Maintain accurate and current pipeline data in Lever for visibility.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience with timely communication at every stage.
