Triwill Group, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Freelance HR Consultant based in Mexico. This fully remote, hourly freelance role combines talent acquisition with hands-on people operations to support both internal hiring needs and external staffing projects in a technology-focused environment.

You will manage recruitment from sourcing through offer negotiation while strengthening onboarding, offboarding, HR policies, and employee engagement practices.
