Lab49 in Mexico City seeks a Mexico-based Technical Recruiter to join the Global Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on building talent pipelines, sourcing passive candidates, and consulting with hiring managers to close high-profile technology placements.

You will partner with engineering, architecture, and product teams, using Lever and modern channels. A hybrid setup requires weekly visits to the CDMX office and strong English communication.

Formación

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience filling high-profile technology roles in engineering and architecture.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Knowledge of Lever ATS and modern recruiting tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1+).
• Ability to work in a hybrid format and visit the CDMX office weekly.
• Knowledge of consulting and financial services markets.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to understand team hiring needs and dynamics.
• Develop sourcing strategies for identifying passive and active candidates.
• Consult through the hiring processes, HR matters, compliance, and leveling guidelines.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close candidates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and Recruiting Operations as needed.
• Provide excellent, timely customer service to hiring teams and candidates.
