Job summary

Oneday is seeking an onboarding specialist to own founder readiness from enrollment through the first weeks. This role is fully remote and sits in the Founder Success team, collaborating with Cohort Managers to ensure smooth introductions, access, and ongoing engagement across multiple tracks.

You'll run orientation, connect founders with mentors, track readiness, and keep records tight in Airtable/Notion/Slack, advocating proactive problem-solving and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Background in high-touch customer success or similar role.
• Clear communicator in English with ability to overlap US business hours.
• Willing to engage founders directly and manage escalations.
• Comfortable navigating multiple tools and platforms with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding sessions and welcome calls for each cohort.
• Introduce founders to mentors and schedule initial conversations.
• Host group check-ins and office hours to build momentum.
• Maintain cohort records across Airtable, Asana, and Notion.
• Coordinate with mentors and program team for smooth handovers.
• Document processes and contribute to SOPs.
