Resolv Global is seeking a Partner Support Specialist to own client interactions from kickoff through resolution. You will onboard and train clients, troubleshoot problems, and manage multiple conversations with internal teams to drive successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes proactive client advocacy, clear communication, and ownership of the client journey across Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS Customer Success or similar client-facing role.
• Experience onboarding customers and leading remote demos or trainings.
• Comfort learning new software platforms and workflows quickly.
• Able to troubleshoot problems and differentiate symptoms from root causes.
• Strong communication and ownership of client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients via kickoff calls, live walkthroughs, and training sessions.
• Serve as trusted client contact post-launch and monitor adoption.
• Identify issues early and drive resolution with urgency.
• Lead difficult client conversations with empathy and sound judgment.
• Troubleshoot platform/workflow problems and translate issues to Product/Engineering.
