Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a Partner Support Specialist for a fully remote, contract-employed role. You will lead client conversations, onboard and train customers, troubleshoot issues, and own the client journey from issue to resolution.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering, ensuring timely responses to urgent situations and proactive issue detection. Excellent communication and ownership are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success, Partner Success, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience onboarding customers and leading remote demos, walkthroughs, or training sessions.
• Comfortable learning new technical workflows quickly.
• Strong problem-solving to distinguish symptoms from root causes.
• Excellent communication with clients at different levels.
• Able to stay calm and professional with frustrated clients.
• Takes ownership and follows through.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, or client issues simultaneously.
• Proactive and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to build trust quickly while handling difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients through kickoff calls, live walkthroughs, training sessions, and Q&A.
• Become a trusted point of contact for clients after launch.
• Monitor client adoption and identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Respond quickly when a client is blocked or needs immediate assistance.
• Lead difficult client conversations with empathy and sound judgment.
• Troubleshoot workflow, platform, and process issues.
• Translate client issues into actionable information for Product/Engineering/Operations.
• Gather client feedback and identify recurring pain points.
• Identify renewal, expansion, and upsell opportunities with Sales.
