Resolv Global is hiring a Partner Support Specialist for a fully remote, fully owner-driven role. You will onboard clients, conduct training, and become the primary contact post-launch, guiding adoption and issue resolution.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple client conversations across teams. We value calm, proactive professionals who own the client experience, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and seek improvement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success, Partner Success, Implementation, Account Management, or similar client-facing role.
• Experience onboarding customers and leading remote demos, walkthroughs, or training sessions.
• Excellent communication with clients at different levels and strong ownership.
• Able to stay calm with frustrated clients and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new clients via kickoff calls, live walkthroughs, and Q&A sessions.
• Serve as trusted post-launch contact for clients and monitor adoption.
• Identify issues early and drive toward resolution with urgency and empathy.
• Lead difficult client conversations with sound judgment and clarity.
• Troubleshoot workflow, platform, and process issues and ask diagnostic questions.
• Translate client issues into actionable information for Product and Engineering teams.
• Track issues through resolution and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Gather client feedback and surface recurring pain points for improvement.
• Identify renewal, expansion, and upsell opportunities with Sales.
• Manage multiple client conversations and projects simultaneously.
