Zusammenfassung

Airbnb Luxe is seeking an SDR based in Mexico City to grow the Luxe supply portfolio across North America and Latin America. You will identify, research, and engage property owners who meet our Luxe criteria, and connect qualified prospects with the Luxe Supply Acquisition team.

This role requires multilingual English and Spanish, strong outbound prospecting, and CRM proficiency in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting.
• Ability to manage a high-volume outbound pipeline across multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and outbound tools (ZoomInfo, Outreach, SalesLoft).
• Comfortable working across North American and Latin American time zones.

Aufgaben

• Prospect for new Airbnb Luxe hosts using ICP and Luxe criteria.
• Execute outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social channels.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads and verify Luxe standards.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with the Luxe Supply Acquisition team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Monitor luxury real estate trends to identify lead sources.
