Airbnb Luxe SDR is a remote-first role based in Mexico City, focused on growing the Luxe supply portfolio across North America and Latin America. You will identify, research, and engage property owners who meet Luxe criteria, connecting qualified prospects with the Luxe Supply Acquisition team.

You will execute multi-channel outreach, qualify leads, and maintain accurate CRM records while monitoring market trends to find high-potential sources and drive onboarding.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales, business development or outbound prospecting.
• Ability to manage a high-volume outbound pipeline across channels.
• Familiar with CRM platforms and outreach tools.
• Comfort working across North American and Latin American time zones.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive remotely.
• Multilingual written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect for new Airbnb Luxe hosts using ICPs and Luxe criteria.
• Execute outbound outreach via cold calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads and verify Luxe home standards.
• Schedule meetings between prospects and Luxe Supply Acquisition team.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records of leads and pipeline stages.
• Monitor luxury real estate trends to identify high-potential sources.
