Job summary

Atch is seeking a visionary Commercial Manager to lead sales and partnerships for a prominent online travel agency focused on luxury experiences. This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere in Mexico while driving growth in the tourism market.

You will develop strategies to increase bookings, forge alliances with hotels and tour operators, and deliver measurable results. Strong negotiation, deep travel industry knowledge, and remote leadership are essential.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in commercial management, business development, or sales leadership in travel/hospitality.
Proven track record of growing revenue through strategic partnerships and effective negotiations.
Strong understanding of OTAs, booking platforms and distribution channels.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in online travel.
Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with hotels, airlines, and tour operators.
Lead the sales team to achieve booking targets and revenue goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and optimize offerings.
Manage pricing strategies and collaborate with marketing and product teams.
