UtilityProfit is seeking an experienced Events Manager to plan and execute high-quality conferences and industry events. This role will manage the full event lifecycle—from strategy and budgeting through vendor coordination, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of event management experience, strong project-management skills, and energy to engage customers throughout the day.

Formación

• Fluency in verbal and written English.
• Ability to travel to the U.S. for conferences (up to 3–4 per month).
• At least 3 years of experience managing conferences, trade shows, or similar programs.
• Experience independently managing events from planning through post-event reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute your assigned list of conferences from start to finish.
• Develop detailed project plans, production schedules, staffing plans, and event timelines.
• Be on-site to manage conference setups and logistics, and support booth sales.
• Manage event budget and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate travel, accommodations, signage, materials, and campaigns.
• Recommend other conference opportunities to reach acquisition goals.
• Manage pre- and post-conference follow-ups with attendees.
• Measure ROI of conferences and suggest improvements.
• Partner with marketing, sales and internal teams to align program with business objectives.
