Samsara is seeking a remote Event Marketing professional based in Mexico City to plan and run impactful trade shows and hosted events. You will partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations and travel up to 50% for events across Mexico.

In this role you’ll own the end-to-end program, manage budgets, track KPIs, and deliver measurable impact while aligning with Samsara’s growth strategy and customer-first focus.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional experience in field marketing or event marketing with ownership of customer-facing programs.
• Ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations and external partners.
• Excellent project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; comfortable traveling up to 50% for events.

Responsabilidades

• Own trade shows and hosted events strategy, planning, execution, and success for a strategic vertical or territory.
• Execute end-to-end event program management, including logistics, budgeting, promotions, and data tracking.
• Manage event budget forecasts, analyze results, and share learnings for improvement.
• Coordinate Salesforce lead processing and post-event reporting to measure impact.
• Own project management tools, event calendars, and processes for event marketing programs.
• Bring energy and new ideas to build a successful event program; embody company values.
