IDC is seeking a proactive Events Project Specialist to drive registration and engagement for LATAM conferences and events. You will support LATAM Event Project Managers and Sr. Director with logistics, documentation, and finance-related tasks across multiple events.

Your role involves coordinating venues, travel, catering, AV, and vendor communications while maintaining budgets and schedules. A hybrid work model applies, with regular office attendance and events.

Formación

Fluent English (written and spoken).
Hybrid work model with office attendance three times per week and events.
Excellent organization, accuracy, and follow-through.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Monday.com or similar tools.
Comfortable working with contracts, invoices, and documentation.
Familiarity with Cvent and Zoom preferred.
Self-starter with proactive communication.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate event logistics for LATAM conferences and meetings.
Research and book venues, restaurants, and meeting spaces for dinners and summits.
Arrange travel, catering, shipping, and AV vendor communications.
Prepare run of show and briefing materials for events.
Maintain attendee lists and Cvent records.
Process vendor invoices and track budget items.
Maintain financial logs and assist with P&L data entry.
Prepare finance documentation for leadership review and track payments.
Schedule internal meetings and create agendas; distribute action items.
