Zuma Restaurants seeks an Event Sales Manager to lead event sales, planning, and execution across our restaurant venues. You will work with chefs, operations leaders, and clients to deliver seamless events and superior guest experiences.

The role focuses on driving revenue, coordinating floor plans, and ensuring flawless events from start to finish. Flexible hours and a dynamic hospitality team await you.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in event sales (restaurant or hotel); hospitality background is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with event management and sales software tools.
• Professional demeanor and appearance; commitment to guest service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Book and coordinate events, ensuring details are captured and executed.
• Drive event sales through proactive selling, showing, and closing techniques.
• Develop and implement floor plans for events for optimal layout and flow.
• Attend meetings with chefs, operations leaders, and clients to discuss event details.
• Provide on-site support during events and address issues promptly.
• Close out billing for events with accurate, efficient processing.
• Conduct outreach to generate new leads and build client relationships.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads with timely responses.
• Maintain understanding of Zuma's offerings to effectively promote the venue.
