Samsara is seeking a dynamic Field/Event Marketing professional based in Mexico City to lead end-to-end event programs. You will plan, execute, and measure trade shows, hosted events, and experiences across regional markets, collaborating closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations.

This role requires up to 50% travel and a strong ability to manage budgets, vendors, and post-event analysis. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a proven track record in fast-paced marketing

Formación

• 3+ years in field, event, or integrated marketing with ownership of programs.
• Ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Ops, Product Marketing, agencies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with scalable processes.
• Proficient with CRM (Salesforce) and/or Marketing Automation platforms.
• Based in/near Mexico City, fluent in Spanish and English, willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Own trade shows and hosted events strategy, planning, execution, and success for a strategic company industry vertical, territory or segment.
• Execute end-to-end event program management and logistics from planning to post-event follow up, including vendor management, budget, promotions, sales enablement, data tracking, KPI measurement, and asset maintenance.
• Manage event budget forecast and reporting, evaluate results against goals, and share learnings for improvement.
• Facilitate timely event lead processing within Salesforce, measure impact, and develop post-event reports.
• Own project management tools, event calendar, and processes for managing event marketing programs & tradeshow
• Bring energy, creativity, and new ideas to build a successful event program.
• Champion, role model Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
