This role emphasizes clear communication, patient guidance, and problem-solving in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will provide first-level support via phone, live chat, and email, work remotely from Mexico, receive paid training, and join an independent contractor program with a schedule aligned to Eastern

Qualifikationen

• Experience in technical support or customer service.
• Knowledge of electric vehicles and EV charging equipment.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Spanish and English bilingual proficiency preferred.

• Provide first-level technical support to customers with questions about EV charging products and services.
• Assist customers before and after a purchase through phone, live chat, and email.
• Listen to customer concerns, identify the issue, and guide through troubleshooting steps.
• Take ownership from initial contact through resolution or escalation.
