Resolv Global is seeking an EV Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with charging products, troubleshoot issues, and guide through solutions. This role emphasizes clear communication and empathetic problem-solving in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.

You’ll work remotely from Mexico after paid training, supporting customers via phone, live chat, and email, and you will own inquiries from start to finish while documenting interactions and escalating when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or customer service roles.
• Knowledge of electric vehicles and EV charging equipment is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Patient, customer-focused approach to explaining technical info.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to customers with EV charging products and services.
• Assist customers before/after purchase via phone, live chat, and email.
• Identify issues and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
• Own inquiries from initial contact to resolution or escalation.
• Communicate order updates and explain changes affecting orders.
• Maintain understanding of product features, support procedures, and standards.
• Document interactions and identify recurring issues for feedback.
• Collaborate with team and leadership while handling multiple inquiries.
